WYSA requires all players to provide proof of their birth dates.  Once a recreational player is verified in our system, they will not have to provide documentation in future seasons.  However, competitive players will need to provide birth certificate for tryouts and tournament player passes.

There are several methods and opportunities for verification.

• Walk-in Registration - You may bring a copy of your child's birth certificate to either Walk-in Registration event.
  
• Email - You may email a copy of your child's birth certificate to soccer@wasillayouthsoccer.org (Once child is verified, email file will be deleted.)

• Mail - You may mail a copy of your child's birth certificate to:
