US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association volunteers.

WYSA TOPSoccer Program was founded in the Summer of 2011. We had a wonderful first season with lots of fun had by all the athletes, buddies, coaches, siblings, and parents. We hope to grow next season and continue to make more friends!

TOPSoccer sessions are scheduled at a time and location at which there are limited distractions. Players may play with or without a Buddy in a very low-competitive setting.
