If there are not enough for 2 teams, we will have 2 training/scrimmage combo sessions on evenings during the week.

Soccer specific fitness will also be introduced as players learn the benefits of training for speed, agility, quickness, balance, and strength.

This program will focus on putting it all together through the understanding of systems of play, leadership, and lifestyle choices. Preparation for high school and recreational seasons will be emphasized. The physical conditioning portion of this program is designed to prepare high school athletes for the rigor of a high school soccer season. This program will stress the importance of a
proper warm-up to prepare body and mind for training. We also hope to educate players about aerobic fitness, with and without a ball, to promote general cardiovascular efficiency and anaerobic fitness to promote power and explosiveness.
